I'm honored to again serve as Honorary Chair for an exstraordinary celebration that highlights the synergy and contributions of New Americans: International DFW Month 2007.

With a full month of events across North Texas - from Plano to Fort Worth, Irving to Dallas, we will be celebrating the Pioneering Spirit of New Americans who are reshaping our region's face and who make up over 40% of of DFW's population.

This event sends a strong message about the important roles New Americans play in the social, economic and political makeup of our region.
